Customer Service Representative
We are seeking two full time Customer Service Associates to assist the ownership and Team Leader in all aspects of our dealership operation. The ideal candidate will be able to assist in a broad range of tasks that are focused on two areas – genuine guest interactions and the maintenance of the lot and inventory.
Typical guest interaction responsibilities will include:
· Greet customers as they arrive and inform them of our transparent pricing culture, offer them assistance and answer questions.
· Answer phone calls and reply to inquiries, schedule appointments, reply to emails and text messages.
· Prepare paperwork such as test drive agreement, loan applications and bills of sale.
Typical lot operation responsibilities will include:
· Assist in the preparation of new inventory by printing reports, buyers guide and pricing stickers on all incoming cars.
· Maintain the quality of inventoried cars by dusting removing grime from cars exposed to weather conditions, starting all engines daily to ensure the cars fluids and battery remain in good operation, reorganizing cars on the lot as needed.

Compensation begins at $16 per hour with company performance bonuses.
